Please see if the following known issues address the problem you’re experiencing. If not, scroll down and contact us.
Known Issue:
Infrequently, sound effects may stop on Kindle Fire HD
Frequency: Uncommon (more frequent with constant tapping of vegetables or low memory)
The Kindle Fire HD’s sound subsystem seems to get confused from time to time. It stops making sound and then recovers. In extremely rare conditions, the sound stays disabled, requiring a reboot. If you experience this, please reboot your devices. In this condition, alarms will not sound!
Workarounds: 1) Turn off sound effects. The extreme version of the problem that affects alarms does not occur when sound effects are disabled. 2) This seems to happen more when memory is low. Turning the device off and on again often clears things up.
Fix Status: We’re in communication with Amazon.com to resolve the issue.

What to Do if Veggie Clock Crashes
If Veggie Clock crashes (stops suddenly and displays an error message box), please go to the “more options” screen and scroll to the bottom. After a crash, you should see a button labelled “Email error log to WhitneyApps.” Please send it to us so we can analyze it. We’re much more likely to be able to help you with that log in hand. Thanks!
